Dyeing machine of the Obermayr-style

The water tank which made "flow of the water" of the dye with a pump. A method of the dyeing to dip cotton or the thread which were in the cylinder-shaped basket in that into. It is a suitable method to dye the cotton which I understood.

オーバーマイヤー（オーバマイヤー）染色機

ドイツのオーバーマイヤー（オーバマイヤー）社が開発した染色機なので、この名前で呼ばれています。人工的にポンプで対流を起こしてある染料で満たされた水槽に、被染物を円筒形のバスケットをつけて染め上げる方法をとります。被染物を動かさず、水流によって浸透をはかるので、染めむらとの戦いになりますが、バラ綿などを優しく染め上げるには、最も適した方法のひとつです。

Liquid style dyeing machine

There is the jet nozzle that the liquid of a strong flow gushes out of the pump of the dyeing tank upper part. Cloth is transported with the jet from this nozzle, 
and it is dyed. 
Uniform dyeing is easy to be provided; is characteristic. 
In addition, dyeing with a little dye is possible.

液流染色機

染色槽上部のポンプから強い流れの液が吹き出すジェットノズルがあり
このノズルからの噴流とともに布が搬送され染色されるスタイルの染色機。
均一な染色が得られやすく、また少量の染料での染色が可能になるという特徴があります。

Bobbin-style dyeing machine (Cheese Dye）

The bobbin(a yarn is wound around a bobbin) is set to a carrier, and it is sunk the hollow bobbin which a thread was rolled round by a water tank. The dye circulates in the bobbin inside and outside.

チーズ染色機
中空のボビン（シリンダー）に均一に糸を巻き付け、それをキャリアにセットして水槽（チーズ窯）に沈め、ボビンの内外に染料を循環させ、繊維を染める染色機。
